What We Do

Accreditation

SPATS accreditation process is designed to help theological school of the Pacific Islands to achieve, maintain & improve the quality of theological education & to provide means for monitoring the comparability of academic standards achieved, by graduates of the various awards programme offered by the accredited theological school.

Pacific Journal Of Theology

The Pacific Journal of Theology which is published twice yearly, was first published in Samoa in December 1962. It now continues to act as a forum for exchange of ideas & to record & preserve for future generation what is still largely an oral tradition of culture & religious faith.

Weavers

Weavers goal is to seek equal opportunities for both women & men, clergy & laity in theological education & in church ministry.

Institutional Strengthening

It aims at helping, developing & enhancing SPATS member institutions. SPATS also aims at addressing or targeting areas in our member college that need continuing support from friends & partners.
